The Community Hall is available for hire for corporate and community groups, meeting rooms, training and workshops. The hall has accessible toilet, ramp for wheelchair access, full-featured kitchen, whiteboard and remote control screen. it is ideal for up to 100 people.

Location

The Community Hall is located at 1 Kraatz Ave, Loganlea which is a few minutes away from Loganlea Station, Meadowbrook Shopping Village, Logan Hospital and Griffith University Campus.

Gold Coast Airtrain stops at Loganlea Station.
Clarks Logan City Bus Services also stops outside the Station.

Please note: While the building is open for hiring, the parking on the premise is not. While we continue to fundraise for line-marking, wheel stopper and bollard, you could park up the Kraatz Avenue, Bernice Street and Loganlea Road.

Information About Booking:

Public Liability insurance to the value of $10 million is required. The hirer is required to provide a copy of current certificate of protection upon booking.
Booking hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 am to 9 pm Friday and Saturday
Booking is in one hour section.
All prices are GST Inclusive..

Booking opens to public for meeting, workshop, promote service or products, Christian fellowship, for example, Tupperware

No booking available on Sunday and Wednesday morning.
We adhere to no smoking 10 metre zone and no alcoholic policy.

Corporate booking is for all corporate and business training, meetings, workshops, and private functions

Casual Booking is for group - other than a corporate or community - that hires the hall one-off or random booking during the year.

Community booking is for not for profit organisation or club that have an ABN and is registered with Australian Charities and Not-for- profit Commission
